We’re a family run independent cafe based in Durham’s historic subscription reading rooms serving a wide range of food from light bites and paninis through to our home-made quiche, salads and soups.
We make all our own cakes and the first batch of our renowned scones come out of the oven at 10am every morning - what we sell is made the same day and if there are any left over they go to the Salvation Army for the homeless.
