14:00 to 16:30
Join us for this fun, creative workshop with artist Sarah Dodds.
Participants will be introduced to the folding, tying and stitch methods of creating resist patterns of their own design on fabric. Cold water dyes will then be applied and the resulting textile can be taken away and framed or used to create a cushion cover.
Sarah will show examples of resist work and explain how they have been achieved.
£5 per person payable upon booking. Charge includes all materials and admission to the museum. No experience necessary.
Suitable for adults aged 16+ only.
To book, please contact 0191 3345691 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
